About the Role
Walgreens is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations at a busy retail location. You will manage a team of pharmacists and technicians while driving clinical services and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all pharmacy operations including dispensing, inventory, and compliance
- Lead and develop a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Drive immunization programs and clinical service offerings
- Manage pharmacy P&L, labor scheduling, and script volume growth
- Ensure compliance with DEA, state board, and company policies
Requirements
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from accredited program
- Active RPh license in state of practice
- 3-5 years of pharmacy experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills
