About the Role
CVS Health is hiring a remote Pharmacy Benefits Analyst to support our pharmacy benefit management (PBM) operations. You will analyze drug utilization data, manage formulary reviews, and optimize pharmacy benefit plans.
Responsibilities
- Analyze pharmacy claims data and drug utilization trends
- Support formulary management and prior authorization criteria
- Prepare clinical and financial reports for client benefit reviews
- Collaborate with clinical pharmacists on cost-containment strategies
- Evaluate new drug launches for formulary placement recommendations
Requirements
- PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related field
- 2-4 years of PBM, managed care, or health plan pharmacy experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefit design and drug pricing
