About the Role
Publix Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacist in Charge to lead pharmacy operations at one of our high-volume supermarket pharmacy locations. You will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the pharmacist in charge and primary compliance officer
- Dispense medications and provide patient counseling
- Manage pharmacy staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Oversee controlled substance inventory and DEA compliance
- Drive clinical programs including MTM and immunizations
Requirements
- PharmD or BS Pharmacy from accredited program
- Active RPh license in state of practice
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience, management experience preferred
- MTM certification and immunization delivery certification preferred
