Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist

We are seeking a Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist to support patients at the River Campus Nephrology. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medication management, ensuring therapies are indicated, safe, effective, and convenient for each patient.
You’ll work directly with patients and collaborate with an interprofessional team to optimize outcomes. This position requires strong clinical expertise and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with patients and colleagues across the care continuum.

Schedule

• Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Onsite
• Days | Monday-Friday | Primary hours 8am-5pm 
• No weekends or holidays! 

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $124,030.40 per year and increases with experience
• Salary range:  $124,030.40- $186,430.40 per year
  • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and/or BS Pharm degree required.
  • Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 ambulatory care residency or comparable experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy highly preferred
• Current licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for licensure required. 
• Eligible for Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
